- All you need is a burning desire to write. You don’t even need to know why! We give you one-on-one attention to brainstorm, talk about your process or lack thereof, and then we get to work with writing prompts, homework, and research, and suddenly you have pages and pages of your own work.

Manuscript Editing
- Send us your best chapter and the chapter that you feel needs the most work and we will assess a working plan, projected price, and timeline for your editing project.
- We are skilled in editing non-fiction, fiction, and children’s books.
- We also do book proposals.
Copy Writing/Editing
- We can make your existing marketing or website text more vibrant, and concise so it pops off the page and gets your message out there in a way that gets you clients.
- We can also interview you to generate text that we write for you.
Dramaturgy
- We have extensive experience in playwriting and production. Manuscript Mentor can help you find the heart of your play and use dramatic structure to make it ready for the stage.
- Our founder, Suze Allen, is a playwright and playwriting teacher and the co-founder and resident playwright at 3Girls Theatre, as well as the Bay Area Rep for The Dramatists Guild of America.
